Where are Xi Wu Studio garments made?

All Xi Wu Studio garments are designed at our studio in Sydney and made in Australia or China, depending on the individual garment.

How do I care for my Xi Wu Studio products?

Payment

What are the payment options?

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and most major international debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in AUD.

Where does Xi Wu Studio fulfil orders from?

All orders are shipped out of our studio in Sydney, Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Domestic shipping is $10, and International shipping is $40.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties for my order?

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimates.

Xi Wu Studio is unable to anticipate taxes applied by the destination country’s Customs Office. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.

For domestic (Australian) orders, GST is included in the listed product price.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We accept return(s) if:

  • you received a product different from your order

  • you received a defective product.

Please email us at orders@xiwustudio.com within 7 business days of receipt of your order with photos of the received products and include the order number, and we will resolve the issue. Items returned must be in their original condition including tags and any packaging. 

International Shipping fees are not refundable for Returns or Exchanges. 

We do not offer return(s) for:

  • change of minds

  • products that are damaged due to your mishandling.
