Domestic shipping

All domestic orders will be charged $10AUD for shipping. All domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post with an average delivery time of 1-3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Rest of world shipping

All international orders will be charged $40AUD for shipping. They will be dispatched within 48 hours via DHL with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days.

Duties & taxes

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimates.

Xi Wu Studio is unable to anticipate taxes applied by the destination country’s Customs Office. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.

For domestic (Australian) orders, GST is included in the listed product price.

Refused delivery

Please note if an order is refused at delivery, the receiver will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning the parcel to us; and this will be deducted from the refund once received back to our studio. Costs may vary.  

Returns

Return Policy

We accept return(s) if:

  • you received a product different from your order

  • you received a defective product

We do not offer return(s) for:

  • change of minds

  • products are damaged due to your mishandling

Please email us at orders@xiwustudio.com within 7 business days of receipt of your order with photos of the received products and include the order number, and we will resolve the issue. 

For the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be:

  • In its original condition; unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged

  • Original tags, garment bags and/or product packaging intact

  • Posted in the box package in which it was received, or an equally secure outer box

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange(s) for:

  • changes in size only

Please note, shipping fees are not refundable for Returns or Exchanges.

Shipping for exchanges are to be organised and paid for by the customer.

Xi Wu Studio is not liable for the package, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
